Bishop Elizondo introduced Constantina to Ciudad Alegría, the “City of Joy”, sharing his devoted involvement to building a holy place where charities peacefully co-exist with a shared goal of serving those most in need.  A true Christ-centered community that utilizes its Catholic roots to make a difference in the lives of those struggling and suffering, the City of Joy is a prime example of Bishop Elizondo’s accomplishments in the philanthropic realm as well as his vision for the future of Mexico.

His Excellency and Constantina engaged in a number of discussions on the current Catholic missionary plight as well as the future possibility of CCF becoming involved with the Mayan communities Bishop Elizondo oversees.
